SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms
- Program description. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from HomeCare Connections LLC, including appointment and interview reminders, account and onboarding notifications, document and service updates, and customer-care messages.
- Consent. By submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form, you give your express consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending messages. To opt back in, reply START.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (317) 986-6205 or support@homecareconnectionsllc.com.
- Carriers. Supported carriers may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
